The prices are meant per apartment per week and include: electricity, gas, heating, warm and cold water, all cooking equipment, TV, bath, bed linen and wireless connection.
During the skipass free period with a minimum stay of 7 nights in apartment you’ll get your 6-days ski pass for free.
Stays from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 9:30 am.

The cleaning does not include the cooking-hob and the dishes. For this extra charge of € 25,00 if not left clean.
Garage: on request € 105,00 per car per week
The Municipality of Livigno has introduced a tourist tax, the rate applied for the stay in apartment is of € 1,50 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors under the age of 16 are excluded.
